Specially tailored for the Filipino market, a new fitness show geared towards encouraging and motivating people from all walks of life and at any fitness level to better their health, has launched on Youtube. I know, because I’m on it. 😉
If you follow me on Instagram, you’ve probably seen me post about this a few times. We’re a group of friends who are very different from each other. We do have one thing in common, though– a love for anything health and fitness related. Put us all together in one car and it’s a riot. Just kidding! Well, it is. If you ever get to ride with us, you’ll find how much of a struggle it is for us to streamline our thoughts. Imagine five people, each with different backgrounds and experiences in fitness.
So just how different are we? Read on to get to know more about each host:
Coach Chappy Callanta is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Certified Precision Nutrition Coach. A husband and a father to two adorable kids, this guy gives the dad bod a pretty nice rap. With Chappy’s credentials, you can trust that the advice you get from the show is backed by science.
Jeff Lo is the founder of Pinoy Fitness, the biggest website in the country focused on… well, fitness. Jeff’s a marathoner with years of experience under his belt. Ready to share tips and tricks with anyone who wants to start running and jumping in the health wagon.
Jackie Go is one of the most amazing moms I know (no bias, I swear). The blogger behind GoJackieGo.com, this woman proves that moms can literally do anything! Jackie is in charge of their household (with two beautiful children), all while doing her job really well as an influencer and squeezing in a regular workout. Been friends with this girl for a while now and I still wonder how she does it.
Kelly Medina is the blogger behind the inspiring LiftStyle.ph. Kelly has gone through an amazing transformation from being overweight to being super fit. We all go through that struggle, making his pieces of advice, questions and ideas so relatable. Both Kelly and Jackie also show the rest of us that style shouldn’t be sacrificed when you work out. Here I am, constantly taking notes. LOL
And lastly, you have me.
The resident vegan, yoga teacher, holistic health advocate and #NTSweat addict (LOL), who’s always aiming to inspire women of all age, shape and size. 😉
The Fit Stop is a journey (literally because you’ll find us all seated in a car most of the time and figuratively, you know, like our journey to health and fitness). In between episodes are Fit Stops wherein we check out the coolest health spots, show up in events and try out new things for you guys to discover as well.
