NT SWEAT
NT Sweat is my signature method/class. Launched in 2014, the 60-minute workout fuses bodyweight resistance training, mobility and cardio dance, set pace to the hottest Urban and Dance tracks.

BOTH NT SWEAT AND YOGA CAN BE TAUGHT ONE-ON-ONE, IN SMALL GROUPS AND AS A MASS WORKOUT (for brand activations and events)
