If there’s anything I learned in the weekend I spent moving around North Luzon for the SM Supermalls Fandom Mania, they would be A) Filipinos, women most especially, even outside the Metro were just as interested in fitness and wellness as those of us here who have easier access to gyms and studios and superfood, and B) The SM North Luzon Supermalls marketing teams are the MOST hardworking people I have ever met.
From SM City Tarlac, to SM City Rosales (Pangasinan) and then to SM City Cauayan (Isabela) the following day, I spread my love for everything wellness and fitness like wildfire to the North.
I was fortunate to become part of the roster of talented bloggers invited to conduct masterclasses, each from his or her own niche.
