The scariest thing I ever had to do was leave the comforts and stability of a 9-5.

One weekend between two houses, pestering a total of seven dogs and two cats 😂 but most of all taking photos of the fucking glorious bird of paradise in our garden my lolo planted just before he suffered from a stroke a few months back. Told him his plants are all waiting for him to get back on his feet and hang out in the garden again. 🥲

Fitness is not always equal to health.

Over the eight years of being a professional in the fitness and wellness industry, I’ve learned that everyone’s view of what health is varies greatly. If there’s an upside to the pandemic, it’s the fact that it’s made us hypervigilant and gave us a more holistic understanding of health.

We’re well aware of the ongoing pandemic but did you know that Tuberculosis is still a global epidemic? 😱 What’s more is that the disease is more prominent in young adults ages 18-21 years old (myth buster right there) and more than half of our country’s TB patient population is below 15 years old. 💣
